Why Teams Choose It

More than AI roleplay: a system for practice, review, and coaching

Most AI roleplay tools stop at the conversation. ConvinceIQ gives managers and enablement teams the workflow they need to run practice as a repeatable program.

Practice

Practice realistic buyer calls.

Set buyer role, tone, language, and call conditions so reps rehearse situations that feel close to live selling.

Review

Review what actually happened.

Every session includes transcript, scoring, and session detail so reps and managers can see where the call worked or broke down.

Coach

Coach from evidence.

Managers can review patterns, set next-step focus, and keep coaching tied to observed rep behavior.

AI Feedback

Every practice call gets coached — automatically

ConvinceIQ scores each session and explains what the rep did well, where they slipped, and exactly what to fix — so reps improve on their own and managers coach only where it matters.

  • Overall and skill-by-skill scores on every session, no manual grading.
  • Plain-language strengths, gaps, and next steps written for the rep.
  • Managers and trainers skip the review and step in by exception.

Buyer Personas

Give reps realistic buyers to practice against, not generic prompts

Build a reusable buyer library with names, roles, companies, mood, and market context so practice feels closer to the conversations your team actually has.

  • Show reps who they are talking to before the roleplay starts.
  • Reuse saved personas across practice sessions instead of rebuilding scenarios each time.
  • Keep buyer role, company context, and tone consistent across review and coaching.

Product Profiles

Give reps the right product story before practice starts

ConvinceIQ helps teams standardize value proposition, pricing context, differentiators, proof points, and common objections so every practice session uses the message reps need in real deals.

  • Keep value props, differentiators, and objections consistent across the team.
  • Make practice sessions reflect the real product narrative used in live conversations.
  • Give managers a better baseline for coaching message quality and objection handling.

FAQ

Common buying questions

Answers to the rollout, pricing, and setup questions most teams ask before getting started.

How does pricing work?

Start with a live demo and discovery call. Starter is self-serve at $59 per seat per month ($49 per seat billed annually) for 1–9 seats, Team is $39 per seat per month ($33 per seat billed annually) for 10–49 seats with 200 voice minutes per seat, and Enterprise is custom for 50+ reps.

What counts as a practice session?

A practice session is a roleplay run inside ConvinceIQ. Live voice sessions count against the workspace's pooled monthly voice-minute allowance.

Are manager seats included?

Managers are a role within your seats, not a separate seat. Manager review is available on every plan, and Team and Enterprise add role-based access (user / manager / admin) for invites and permissions.

Can we create custom scenarios?

Yes — on every plan. Customize buyer personas and configure product profiles to build scenarios around your real selling context. Team and Enterprise add training plans to assign them as gating or optional steps.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Pooled voice minutes reset each monthly billing cycle and don't carry over. Usage is shared across the workspace, and usage-based overages apply if you go past the monthly pool.

Is there an enterprise plan?

Yes. Enterprise is for larger or more complex rollouts, adding API access, custom scorecards, enterprise integrations, priority support, and stronger security controls on top of Team.
