Is the sales call analyzer really free?
Yes. Paste a transcript and you get an instant score with no account and no card. Unlocking the full report asks for an email address, and each address can analyze three calls.
Do I need to upload a recording?
No. This tool works from a text transcript, which you can export from Gong, Fireflies, Otter, Chorus or Microsoft Teams — or simply type out yourself.
What does the analyzer score?
Six dimensions: discovery, value framing, objection handling, call structure, next step, and tone. It also measures your talk ratio, how many questions you asked, and your longest uninterrupted monologue.
What happens to my recording or transcript?
Both are deleted after 30 days, and neither is ever used to train AI models. An uploaded recording is stored only so your review stays readable for those 30 days; we never hand the transcript of it back, so the tool cannot be used as a free transcription service.
How is this different from ConvinceIQ?

What counts as a sales call?
Discovery calls, demos, pitches, negotiations, renewals and cold calls all work. The analyzer checks first and will tell you if what you pasted looks like something else — a job interview or a news article, say — rather than inventing a sales critique of it.
