Do I need to upload a recording?
No. This tool works from a text transcript, which you can export from Gong, Fireflies, Otter, Chorus or Microsoft Teams — or simply type out yourself.
What does the analyzer score?
Six dimensions: discovery, value framing, objection handling, call structure, next step, and tone. It also measures your talk ratio, how many questions you asked, and your longest uninterrupted monologue.
What happens to my transcript?
It is deleted after 30 days and it is never used to train AI models.
